Coconut Shell Granular Activated Carbon Product Introduction:

Coconut Shell Granular Activated Carbon is produced from premium Southeast Asian coconut shells (over 2mm in thickness) using advanced manufacturing processes, 

including carbonization, activation, and refinement. It features thick-walled particles with high mechanical strength, making it an ideal choice for premium water treatment and gold extraction. 

This product appears as black amorphous granules, is non-toxic and odorless, and boasts a highly developed pore structure, large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, and high strength.

 Through deep activation and a unique pore-size adjustment process, the activated carbon achieves abundant and well-developed pores.

Coconut Shell Granular Activated Carbon Applications:  

1.  **Water Purification:** Suitable for purifying pure water, high-purity water, boiler feed water, reverse osmosis (RO) feed water, power plant circulating water, drinking water, industrial process water, industrial wastewater, and municipal wastewater. Effectively adsorbs residual chlorine, ammonia nitrogen, nitrates, heavy metals, COD, etc. Ideal for CTO and UDF-type water filter cartridges.  

2.  **Gold Extraction:** Applicable in both Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP/CIL) and Heap Leaching methods. Common mesh sizes include 6-12 mesh, 5-10 mesh, and 8-16 mesh.  

3.  **Oil & Impurity Removal:** Used for de-oiling and impurity removal in processes like nickel ore refining and lithium battery production.  

4.  **Sweetening (Thiol Removal):** Removal of mercaptans (thiols) in the petroleum refining industry.  

5.  **Food Industry:** Decolorization and purification in the production of monosodium glutamate (MSG, using K15 grade), citric acid, alcoholic beverages, and similar applications.
